Project Overview: Contributed as a dedicated 3D Modeler to the production of a large-scale exhibition stand for a major trade show. My responsibility covered the entire modeling scope of the stand — from architectural structure and branded installations to furniture, digital displays, and environmental props — all modeled in high-poly with clean, production-ready topology.
Modeling Scope:
Architectural structure: Modeled the full booth framework — walls, partitions, ceiling elements, lighting rigs, and custom-built architectural features based on technical drawings and design briefs.
Branding elements: Created 3D logos, illuminated signage, backlit panels, and branded surfaces ready for graphic design team integration.
Furniture & props: Modeled reception counters, display units, seating, product showcases, and decorative elements to complete the booth atmosphere.
Digital displays: Built screen-ready surfaces for motion graphics and video content integration by the motion design team.
Environmental detail: Added floor treatments, lighting fixtures, cable management, and small props to sell the realism of the space.
Technical Approach:
High-poly precision: Every element modeled with attention to real-world scale, bevels, and surface detail — essential for close-up product shots and photorealistic rendering.
Clean topology: Quad-based geometry with proper edge flow, organized for easy subdivision, UV unwrapping, and texturing by downstream artists.
Production-ready hierarchy: Delivered the full stand as a modular, well-organized scene with clear naming conventions and grouped components — allowing the visualization and lighting teams to work efficiently without cleanup.
Collaboration: Coordinated closely with art directors, graphic designers, and render artists to ensure the model met all technical requirements for final visualization.
Tools Used: Cinema 4D / Blender for high-poly modeling, with geometry prepared for Redshift / Cycles rendering pipeline and Substance texturing.
Results:
Delivered a complete, high-detail exhibition stand ready for photorealistic visualization and client presentation.
The model became the central asset of the project, used for pre-event marketing materials, client approvals, and final CGI output.
Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale environmental modeling within a team production — a specialized skill highly valued by exhibition agencies, event studios, and brands preparing for international trade shows.
